Terms of service

Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:

Consumer
a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession;

Day
a calendar day;

Cooling-off period
the period during which the consumer may exercise the right to cancel the contract;

Right of withdrawal / Right to cancel
the consumer’s right to withdraw from a distance contract within the cooling-off period;

Product
any product offered for sale on the NUMOIA online store;

Trader / We / Us
the company operating the NUMOIA online store;

Distance contract
a contract concluded between the trader and the consumer without simultaneous physical presence, using electronic means;

Durable medium
any medium that allows information to be stored and reproduced unchanged for future reference;

Terms of Service
these terms and conditions governing the sale and use of the NUMOIA website.

Article 2 – Scope of Application

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed on the NUMOIA Shopify store by consumers located in the United Kingdom and the European Union.

By placing an order, the consumer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.

Article 3 – Products and Offers

All product offers are non-binding and subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, or availability at any time.
Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only.

Obvious errors or inaccuracies do not bind NUMOIA.

Article 4 – Formation of the Contract

The contract is formed when the consumer completes the checkout process and receives an order confirmation by email.

NUMOIA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal / Right to Cancel

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day following receipt of the product by the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer.

During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be used to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product. Where reasonably possible, the product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the trader in writing (by email) within 14 days of receiving the product. After such notification, the consumer must return the product within a further 14 days.

If the consumer fails to notify the withdrawal or return the product within the applicable time limits, the purchase shall be deemed final.

Article 6 – Returns and Refunds

Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product or proof of return, using the original payment method.

Article 7 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • personalised or custom-made products;

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;

  • perishable goods;

  • digital content supplied immediately after purchase with prior consumer consent.
